How to Use Hair Straighteners

Hair straighteners are extremely easy to use. All you need to do is separate your hair into small sections which you should hold between your thumb and index finger. Ensure your hair straighteners have reached their optimum temperature and then place the straighteners at the root of the section, hold them together and slowly pull the straighteners from the root through to the ends.
It is advisable to apply light pressure at the root and increase the pressure towards the ends for more control over the hair. Be careful not to apply too much pressure and never overwork one section or this can cause heat damage.
While styling your hair we recommend you place your straighteners on a heat mat or heat proof surface.
